| This intermediate course is for REALTORS® who volunteer in the community or at a local real estate association. As volunteers take on more responsibility as an association leader, they recognize the importance of their fiduciary duty to act on behalf of members. This is an experiential learning course that helps participants fulfil their governance responsibilities of stewardship, accountability, and oversight. Participants learn to make group decisions that advance their member-focused strategic goals and manage risk to the benefit of members. |
